Management and Coordination

Management and Coordination tasks deal with all the activities related to the administrative, legal and financial activities, which are necessary to run EuroProc INTERREG IVC Project.

The following activities will be carried out in order to ensure the proper management of EuroProc:

• Finalisation and conclusion of the Partnership Agreement.


• Preparation of Progress Reports.


• Organisation of project's steering group meetings.


• Monitoring and control of the incurred expenditure.
