Mr. Isidre Sala (ACC1Ó), as Lead Partner, will give a presentation of euroPROC Project and especially the new Guidebook for SMEs: 'NAVIGATE CHANGE - New Approaches to Public Procurement'

This event will cover the overall new developments of EC demand-side innovation policies and , in particular of 'Public procurement of innovation'. It will also be an opportunity for public authorities to confront on existing best-practices and to know more about the future funding schemes in this field, with a special regard to next EU Structural funds financial period.
