The seminar , titled 'SMEs on public procurement market' is directed to SMEs interested in participation in tenders, as well as to orderers from public sector organising the tenders.The last amendment to Polish Act of PP is good occasion to recognize the changes in the context of SMEs participation. The participants will also have the opportunity to take part in session devoted to the subject what is important in preparing the offer and find out the best practices of orderer.
